A Blogging Hiatus

….doesn’t mean a training hiatus. I need a break. Too much going on and I’m feeling overwhelmed so something’s gotta give.  Blogging, facebook and non-essential email have all been put on hold till further notice.
See y’all round.

Thursday at RunClub we did the usual warm up, stretches and drills followed by 3 x 400m then it was 3k Time Trial at the Balmain Shores.
First km 6:06, second 6:09 then the final in 5:48.  Felt awful in the body but happy with my run.

I swam a few “lengths” of the um… bay?  and enjoyed [...]

Thursday night I was whisked away from work by a hot triathlete and taken to a paradise for a swim.  I love swimming “laps” at Clovelly.  So much nicer to watch fish than a black line at the bottom of the pool.
Friday morning my chariot arrived (driven by Emjay) to take me to Canberra via [...]
